Spring has certainly sprung up here at the winery. We are currently pre-pruning the vineyard, a process which both makes the final pruning easier and delays the budding of the vines. This is really the first step in prepping the vines for our 2008 harvest. We have some great events in the works again this year -- a great cooking class series with Hands on Gourmet, Al Fresco Thursday evenings, Sunday Jazz series, and our Spring Winemaker Dinner.
