Celebrate the season with us at our seventeenth annual Holiday Open House. The day will play host to a number of festive treats. Saint Nicolas will be hearing holiday wishes in our VIP Suite, and carolers will be warming hearts with holiday cheer. We will also have seasonal soups for sale as well as wine by the glass.

For visitors wanting to spread the gift of giving to others, Byington will be collecting donations on behalf of Martha's Kitchen. Guests who bring a canned food donation will receive a 10% discount on all wines purchased that day.

 Music in the Cave
 January 5 & 6, 2008

David Auerbach, renowned master of fifty rare instruments, will be performing a private concert at Byington Winery. On January 5th and 6th Auerbach will feature "A Twelfth Night Afternoon," from 2-4 pm in Byington's stunning wine cave. Auerbach's unique performances include storytelling and historical lore along with his performance of world carols on dulcimers, harps, flutes and drums.
