The Signature is comprised primarily of Cerro Prieto Cabernet with a splash of Chelle Mountain. It is aged in mostly new French oak, giving the wine a sweet vanilla aroma with toast levels enhancing a spicy cinnamon quality that is a perfect compliment to the berry medley on the nose.
